La Provençale launches its new DRIVE service!

In addition to the PICK UP service, where you place an order that you can pick up in our store, (see opening hours) we are also launching a DRIVE service.

Our DRIVE opening hours :

  • Tuesday to Wednesday from 10 am to 2 pm
  • Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm
  • Friday from 10 am to 6 pm
  • Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm

This new service will allow you to easily pick up your order at the DRIVE, which is right next to the main entrance below our Park-house at the entrance of La Provençale.

How does the new DRIVE service work?

  • Place your order at the latest before midnight by phone on +352 49 89 300 or via our new WEBSHOP the day before your pick up in our DRIVE. (Just register via our website in order to request your access to our WEBSHOP).

    Any order for the DRIVE sent by e-mail or fax will not be taken into consideration.

    In order to limit the number of passages and the number of contacts, the minimum order amount is set at 125. -EUR excluding VAT and excluding the boxes, in which they are given (empties). La Provençale reserves the right to apply a 10.- EUR DRIVE preparation fee for any daily order of less than 125.-EUR excluding VAT and excluding the boxes.

    When you place your order, you must choose an available time slot, which last 30 minutes, these may change in the future. The availability of the time slots will be adapted according to our capacities.

  • Present yourself at the DRIVE according to the selected time slot. One of our employees will place the goods next to your vehicle. For safety reasons, it is up to you to load the goods into your vehicle.
  • Payment at the DRIVE is only possible by card.

Please note:

  • Goods will be provided in boxes (empties) that will be invoiced.
    If you wish to leave them on site, we will write them down in return and credit them automatically the next time.
    An immediate credit note on site is not possible.
  • If you wish to keep the invoiced boxes, you can return them at the next passage where they will be noted in return and credited automatically at the next passage.
    An immediate credit note on the spot is not possible here either.
  • If you do not respect your time slot, you risk a longer waiting time.
    Any order that is not picked up will be invoiced to you.
    Failure to pay this invoice will result in the closure of your customer account.
  • Items that are missing when preparing your order will be replaced by a similar item, the price of which may vary.
  • Both the fish and the fruit and vegetable products have a daily price adapted to the market.
